Each investment reflects the care, craft, and thoughtful details woven into your suite. Pricing varies based on design complexity, print methods and finishing touches, and every project is quoted individually to ensure your stationery feels deeply personal and perfectly considered.

Every bespoke project follows a thoughtful, guided process designed to feel collaborative, calm and deeply intentional.
1. Design Discovery
You’ll begin with a detailed design questionnaire that allows you to share inspiration, priorities and meaningful details about your celebration.
2. One-on-One Consultation
You’ll meet directly with Kara for a dedicated design call to talk through your vision, venue and aesthetic direction.
3. Creative Direction & Mood Board
From there, a custom mood board is created to establish the visual direction—color palette, typography, finishes and overall tone.
4. Custom Design & Proofing
A formal digital proof is presented, including space for text edits before anything goes into production. This ensures clarity and confidence before printing begins.
5. Production & Fulfillment
Once approved, your suite is produced using carefully selected print methods and materials, then prepared for delivery.
The same intentional process is followed for save the dates and wedding day paper, ensuring every piece feels cohesive, consistent, and thoughtfully designed.

We have a minimum of 50 invitation suites for all orders. Printing smaller quantities is often more costly due to setup and production requirements. We also encourage ordering extra suites to account for keepsakes, photographs and any mailing mishaps.

Yes. We’re happy to manage everything from envelope addressing and wax seals to full assembly and mailing. These services are designed to create a stress-free experience so you can focus on enjoying your engagement while we take care of the details.

Your custom suite includes built-in revision rounds to thoughtfully refine your design. If unexpected changes arise, we’ll do our best to accommodate them depending on timing and production status. Additional fees or timeline adjustments may apply. Clear communication ensures there are no surprises along the way.

We work with couples around the world and can coordinate international shipping as needed. We’ll guide you through timing, customs considerations and delivery logistics to ensure everything arrives smoothly.

Yes. Sample packs are available for purchase and include a curated selection of papers, printing techniques and finishes. While samples won’t reflect your exact design prior to booking, they provide a tactile sense of our quality and craftsmanship. If you choose to move forward with a custom project, the cost of the sample pack is applied to your final estimate.

A fully custom suite is designed entirely from the ground up and is never based on an existing collection. Your stationery is created exclusively for your celebration, inspired by your venue, season, personal style and the tone you want to set for your wedding.
This may include custom illustration, hand-drawn details, bespoke typography, specialty print processes and curated finishes chosen specifically for your event. No two suites are ever the same. Your invitation becomes the first chapter of your wedding story and often a keepsake long after the day has passed.

Our custom design process typically unfolds over 10–14 weeks, allowing time for thoughtful collaboration, refinement and careful production. Because we take on a limited number of bespoke projects each year, availability often fills 9–12 months in advance. If custom stationery is part of your vision, we recommend reserving your place on our design calendar as early as possible.

Custom design investments begin at $3,000. Each proposal is tailored to your celebration and may include custom illustration, specialty papers, luxury printing techniques and hand-assembled details. Final investment varies based on scope, quantity and selected enhancements. Our focus is always on creating a seamless experience and a finished suite that feels both meaningful and enduring.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your place on our design calendar. The remaining balance is due prior to printing and production. A clear payment schedule is provided at the start of the project so everything feels transparent and straightforward.
