  • The entire timeline will depend on your print type and completion of your wording and guest addresses. A digital proof of your entire suite will be emailed for you to review approximately 2-3 weeks after your finalized wording content is completed. If you’ve selected to add digital guest addressing, your addresses are due in the provided template, but will not be formatted until approval is received of the suite.

    If your order includes custom artwork, this will add an additional 4-6 weeks to your design timeline. You will receive a proof of your suite upon completion of your artwork.

    Upon approval of your entire suite, your production timeline begins.

    Your production timeline will depend on your selected printing method and will ship to you following the completion of your printed pieces.

    Digital Printing: 2-3 weeks upon design approval

    Letterpress Printing: 5-7 weeks upon design approval

    Foil Printing: 5-7 weeks upon design approval

    Deckled Edges (only available for single-ply letterpress and foil): +1-2 weeks

  • First, be sure to read about the process and all the different choices. We highly recommend ordering a sample kit so you can see and feel everything in your own hands!

  • Suites are sold in increments of 25, with a minimum order of 50. You will need one invitation or save the date per household, not headcount. For example, you may estimate having 150 guests, but only need 100 invitations as many of those guests live in the same household. We always recommend ordering 10-20 more than your household count for keepsakes, photographs and extras in case there are any mailing issues.

  • Wedding invitations should be mailed 8-10 weeks prior to your wedding date. When you should place your order will depend on your print method, ability to complete your content document and compile guest addresses (if you choose to add digital addressing). A digital proof of your entire suite will be emailed for you to review approximately 2-3 weeks after your finalized wording content is completed. If your order includes custom artwork, this will add an additional 4-6 weeks to your design timeline. You will receive a proof of your suite upon completion of your artwork. From there, your production timeline with begin and vary based on your selections.

    Your suite will arrive ready to be assembled. Remember to pad in some time to prepare your invitations for mailing!

  • We don't offer a rush service, but always do our best to produce orders as fast as possible. Please get in touch with us to discuss further as we will do what we can to help you.

  • We have a minimum of 50 for all invitation suites because the cost to print at lower quantities is actually higher. We always suggest ordering at least 10-20 extra.

  • Absolutely, please do. We want all potential clients to be comfortable with the ordering process before check out. Schedule a call on our contact page!

  • Custom artwork is reserved for use on our wedding paper. We do not create custom artwork for clients that are not ordering these items for us. Artwork such as monograms and pet portraits are available as digital files for re-use, upon request.

  • You are allotted 2 rounds of revisions to your semi-customized suite, if needed. Please be thoughtful and concise in your feedback to limit the rounds. Additional changes will be charged $50 per round of revisions and billed separately.

  • All pricing is available by making your printing selections on each listing page. You’ll want to browse each of our suites, find your favorite, and then select what you’d like to purchase within that suite. Upon selection, you’ll see a drop down selection for quantity, paper weight, and printing method. Once you input your choice in each field, the price will update at the top of the listing.

  • To guarantee the quality and consistency of your suite, all pieces must be printed using the same method and paper choice. For example, if you’re ordering a letterpress single ply paper invitation, then your response card and envelopes will be letterpress as well.

  • You sure can! We can add custom artwork to any card as long as the content spacing allows. Another great option is adding it to an envelope liner under embellishments. If you go this route, you will need to add both the artwork and envelope liner to your cart.

  • Once your order is placed, we will be in touch as soon as possible to set you up with your wording content template, guest addressing template (if selected) and to discuss the timeline. If you did not order custom artwork (a watercolor, drawing, or custom monogram), you’ll receive an emailed proof of the pieces you ordered within 2-3 weeks upon the completion of your content. If you did order custom artwork with your paper pieces, 4-6 additional weeks will be needed to create that artwork.
